Welcome
Who am I? I'm Ambrosia. I'm not really known as the Urban Naturalista, but my blog needed a name and it had to have something to do with things I might be interested in. So here we are. I live in a small area outside of Albany, NY with my three little ones (here on out, The Savages) and I've been in a complicated relationship for about 6 years (and since I know you're going to ask, no, he didn't fuck my friend or give me the HIV.) I work full time in the human services field and I love what I do.
What is this shit? I wanted a space to be able to build a welcoming online community of like-minded people; gardeners, writers, dancers, yogis, amateur herbalists, book lovers, DIY'ers, upcyclers, those working towards vegetarianism (those who just love bacon are also welcome), nature freaks, parents with any parenting style based on love, Any of the clairs, crystal healers, dream walkers, and potterheads all welcome.

- Gardening (Container gardens, indoor herb gardens, and hacks)
- DIY/Crafts (crochet, sewing, furniture projects, decor, up-cycling, natural home & body products)

- Body Love (yoga, dance, clean eating/vegetarianism, essential oils)
Why? Because there is nowhere that I feel my voice is heard and there must be others like me; People who want to learn and share with other, um, people.
Where? Right. Motherfucking. Here. You can expect a weekly article about the above topics and then the real fun will happen in the comments where we can learn from each other and share our stories.
